This is packed with fennel seed... I mean 4 to 7 seeds per bite resulting in ONLY fennel licorice taste overwhelming your pallet. Almost inedible

Great tasting with a lot less calories and fat than regular sausage. Just to note - on the barbecue the kale in the sausage burns easily.
