Ginesis Sludge Pellets - Natural Water Treatment for water gardens, ornamental ponds - 10 lb pail of pellets

I have treated my 2500-3000 gallon pond three times over a one month period, and the product has not worked so far. I was in my pond yesterday repotting a water plant, and the bottom of the pond is still covered with loose organic matter. I also noticed the pellets were molding in the container. I will use the product until it's done, but so far it has not worked for my pond.
