These are the true black elephant ears and are absolutely beautiful. My first one died and they immediately replaced it

Meh.
I received this plant as a gift an was so excited! It’s on my wish list and I was so disappointed when the main leaf withered up within 3 days an died. I watered an repotted it as per the instructions.
