Similar to .5 mm derma roller. Does enough to puncture the skin and promote collagen turnover without permanently damaging it. It is really only intended to be used twice a month, however, given the depth that these needles do puncture. Surface area is quite small, which increases the amount of time needed to roll the entire face - especially if you plan on rolling in more than one direction. Additionally, it does not come with the ability to trade out for adjustable heads, so you're stuck with this smaller surface area. There are cheaper derma rollers out there with more versatility if you look around. Can't really complain for the price, however.

This little roller is so cute, comes in a nice plastic case and truly doesn't hurt at all. It didn't leave noticeable marks on my skin which is what I was really worried about, so I am very happy about that. The skin benefits are supposed to be amazing, I can't attest to that just yet but I am very happy with this roller and find the quality to be superb.

I have used many different derma rollers before, and this is the first one I've had an issue with. Specifically, my face broke out in an itchy rash the first time I used it. At first I thought it might be the product I used with the derma roller that made me itchy and rashy, but the next time I used the derma roller, I just used my regular product regimen and still had a horrible rash that lasted a couple days. Had to throw it away. I have never had such an adverse reaction to derma rolling. I think it must be the metal used in the needles...

I have used this twice so far and both times have woken up to plump, glowing skin. You can barely feel it, just make sure to clean with alcohol first and rinse off with hot water before you roll. Love it!

Love this! Look for a YouTube video on use & cleaning. You will see results After 6 months of use. Not a facelift, but smooths skin. I use hyalinoric acid drops after each use, 3 times a week.

This is NOT 0.5mm. It’s far smaller. Maybe 0.25. Be warned.

Horrible! My neck especially has been Red, itchy, and a rash.for 2 days. Face not as Red but still Red. God willing this is not an infection will be going to dermatologist to rule out an infection.

This is easy to use and not painful on the skin.
