I have a 9 month old kitten/cat - a teenager! She is obsessed with knocking things off counters but I have to feed her up on a counter because my dog will eat the food otherwise. You see my problem. After cleaning up food and water multiple times and one broken ceramic bowl that shattered into a million pieces, I started looking for a better solution. THIS is it! The rubber part is not easy for her to scoot so she only tried 2 times and has given up. The bowls fit snug in the depressions and she can't move them. Little bits of food and spilled water are contained in the rubber part. The bowls remove easily for cleaning, a quick shake of the rubber holder over the trash can, then a rinse in the sink - good to go. Good choice!!!

This review is for the Roysili Double Dog Bowl Pet Feeding Station. We use it for food and water for our one cat. The two stainless steel bowls fit securely into molded holders in a silicone mat that has a substantial rim to confine spills. The silicone mat is pliable, with no corners or edges that are hard to keep clean. We just rinse it in the sink. The mat also keeps the bowls separate and prevents noisy clanging of the bowls with each other or with the floor. The apparatus stays in place and does not easily slide across the tile floor. The stainless steel bowls can be put in the dishwasher. One a small issue: although the size is perfect for a single cat, it would be even better if the bowls were slightly larger with rims that come up a little higher out of the holder to make them easier to remove. Overall, a very good product that I'd be happy to buy again.

We have 3 indoor cats and 1 outdoor cat. We also use these to feed birds on shelves. The gel base grips nicely. We've tried lots of feeders but these are easiest to use and keep clean. Because the gel base, by nature, grips whatever it touches, the removal of the bowls is a little bit tricky. Cleanup is a snap.Wish there was a finger slot in the gel so we could get a fingernail under the edge of the bowl but not a big deal.

This is a perfect setup for my dogs to have water and "snack" food available to them throughout the day. Things I like: 1) it's all-in-one which is neater looking, cohesive, and the bowls stay together. 2) There is a lip around the outside of the silicon mat part (the black), so food and water do not spill on the floor. 3) The mat isn't going to slide around on the floor. 4) The bowls hold 2 full cups of liquid or food, which means I am not constantly going to be refilling the bowls several times a day. 5) It looks really nice!All in all, I am super happy I spent the money on this. I get my kitchen bowls back, and my dogs get an upgraded station, all for a very reasonable price!

My puppy loves to take the bowls out and play with the silicon holder. She's gone through a number of toys, but this has held up. It holds in the mess when she isn't taking the bowls out. I do wish it weren't so easy for her to pick it up and carry it around, letting the bowls fall out.

It's a good idea to have the silicone platter to catch small spills, yet it doesn't extend far enough out and around the bowls to actually keep spill within its raised edges. The puppy ends up standing in the mess as well. The bowls are light weight, yet once the puppy realizes they come out of their mooring, never again will the puppy not pull out the bowl, full or empty. In the right situation, this can be a useful item.
