The sound was fine for me. But the connectivity on these was spotty, which was disappointing (especially considering I paid $50, now theyre half that).However, I would have just accepted that if they didnt keep FALLING OUT OF MY EARS at the gym. Totally embarrassing. Im talking about while weightlifting not doing some Zumba class.Going back to my old school can headphones- sure theyre hotter, but I had to chase one or the other of these buds across the floor of the gym one too many times, I am so over it.

At first, these were pretty cool. The sound is great.Then, earbuds DO NOT STAY in your ear with either over the ear, nor the buds without the over the ear.I emailed these people asking what was up. I was told to read the instructions (like I hadn’t) ans very short, abrupt and rude.1. Terrible customer service2. Buds do not stay in ear AT ALL3. Great sound quality.

The battery on these suck you can charge them not use them charge the case that hold and charge it then you can leave that off and your headphones are still dead the next time you want to use them. I tried charging them for a whole 24 hours I unplug them whentowork came home went to go out for a walk with the dog and they were dead and I checked they weren't left on or anyting worst headphones I've ever bought for battery life the worst

I want to connect these earbuds to my Fitbit Ionic. However, I cannot control volume, which started off so loud I can't use them. The instruction manual says to control the volume by pairing with a phone. I tried that; no success.I will try contacting customer support. If I'm unable to get a resolution, I will be returning this item.

Although I had good sound quality when they were working, these earbuds lost connectivity with my phone far too easily. Even walking with the phone in my pocket, the sound would cut in and out with each step. Also, they kept falling out of my ears.

I have an issue with these ear buds already it's been two days. The volume will not increase at all. The connection toy phone is very sport even while its just in my pocket. Overall I hear about half my music and at a low volume hopefully I can have them replaced with a pair that works the way they are supposed to.
