I’m about 80% happy with the eco friendly draining soap dish.It does what it’s supposed to do, stores an ethicist soap bar. The bar can breathe and drain via vents in bottom so the soap bar drys well between use and lasts longer.The square-ish shape ties you to the Ethique brand, I’m ok with that because I’ve been very happy with their products.I use the lavender shampoo bar on my kids and myself (curly girl). The boys have eczema and very sensitive skin, we’ve had no issues with this soap.In an ideal world I’d love it if the dish had an optional case or lid that would make it easier to travel with the soap.Apart from that I’m happy and glad to be avoiding plastic.

I have the lilac and liked it so much I bought the navy one for my mum.It keeps the shampoo and conditioner bar, as well as the soap bar, dry between uses. It's large enough to fit two Ethique bars (at full size). It means that your bars last longer and takes up less space in the shower.

This product is lovely looking, feels sturdy and fit for purpose,Only downside is it was very heavily packaged, I know Amazon can tend to do this but I think it came from the manufacturer and given it's an eco brand was a bit of shame,Also note it's slightly too small for a round shampoo bar (possibly intentionally) so need to wear these down a little first

I use it for my shampoo bar in the shower. Without a box it would melt and it is essential to have holes at the bottom so the soap stays dry.

The box is made to fit one shampoo bar and one conditioner, but it cannot be closed when they are brand new or even after a few washes. Considering it is made exactly for this reason and it offer no other functionality (for example the box is made to be in the shower, not for transport, as it does not lock) this is a big no from me. It is not a good product.

Good product idea but the life doesn't stay on

This little box does its job and it does it well.It also looks lovely and (this is a weird positive for a box) it's so smooth and nice. I genuinely think everything should be made of bamboo fibres now. Its great for the environment and it also feels much nicer than plastic!

Majority of soaps these days that don't come in bottles, are huge in comparison to the size of this soap dish. Most won't fit comfortably.

It’s so pretty, and it does a great job keeping my Ethique shampoo and conditioner dry (i keep it in the corner of my shower furthest from water spray). It seemed only slightly too small to fit both (mainly the big shampoo bar), but within a couple washes that’s not an issue. Like you CAN fit both at first, they just have to be snug together in the middle

Tbh mine broke from a side at the 3rd month but I still use it. Size isn’t that great I try to use regular size on bar soap and doesn’t fit until after while I use it. Not meant for traveling and it’s to be sit on one place and no move

I just received this in the mail and am already happy with it! The color really isn’t lilac/lavender but more of a darker muted version of those colors; no big deal though. It didn’t arrive broken, like others have said. I put my new Noble bar face soap in it and it fits perfectly! The dimensions of the bar soap are 3.1x2.1x1.5. As long as this doesn’t break, it’s a good buy for me, since I’m trying to reduce my limit of plastic. I wouldn’t travel with it, though. And it does seem like it would break easily. Just a note to other potential customers.

Because it isn't plastic.Some soaps don't fit, it seems meant for shampoo bars because they melt very quickly if they get wet and seem to be smaller than regular soap.The seal was very tight and was somewhat different to open with wet hands in the shower. It then got a small chip to one of the corners and the seal is much less tight.The color was lighter and more pastel then I thought it was going to be. I thought it would be more mutted.But people need to understand when they are buying this they are not buying plastic and try not to compare it to the lifetime of other plastic items they have had that. Because items made of plastic could probably be passed down to great grandchildren if people didn't think of them as being essentially worthless.
