So impressed with this purchase!!! When I got it I did a brazillian wax on myself and great results!! I also removed my husbands nose hair Haha it works like a charm. The beads warmed up quickly, I worked with great consistency and it was quick.It came with instructions which was simple.- warm at max temp for 15mins- keep on medium until you're finished.- use the wax when the consistency is like honey or molasses.- apply in the direction of hair and remove in the opposite.- cleanup strips, you can apply in the opposite direction of the hair and remove in the direction.NOTE:- when the wax is the right temperature place the popsicle stick on the skin and rotate to remove all wax. Press the wax in the hair direction and create a 'lip' shape at the end so the end is thick enough to grab and remove when hardened.^ I'm writing for those who needs more guidance.I love it! Wish I bought it sooner. Now I actually cant waitt for my leg hair to finish growing out to wax it. It's very therapeutic.Enjoy!!! But remember it's still waxing so it's not pain free but it's quick and worth it.

I brought this waxing kit after my cousin kept raving about it. Reluctantly I brought it because I was tired of going to see my wax lady and bussing it open! Ok so when I received my package the machine was slightly damaged, I emailed the company as there was a thank you card in the box! They replied in less than 24 hours and offered a replacement! Amazing as you know these days companies are abit iffy especially when a third party (Amazon) sold it on their behalf! .. anyway because I’m an impatient soul I tested it today with the broken machine.. result; AMAZING RESULTS! it was less painful than doing stripless wax at my salon! Honestly money saving and also easy to use! I would advice to put foil then your beads as you may get the thing messy as wax is messy in general! My salon isn’t seeing me or my kitty ever again! The wax warmer melts the wax very quickly which is great and it's very straight forward to use. The wax itself cools very quickly. I found it worked really very well on my underarms and bikini, but not so well on my legs weirdly. I think as I've epilated my legs so much the hair is a lot finer so maybe the wax isn't so good for finer hair. Not as painful as I expected it to be - I've never waxed or epilated my underarms so I expected that to hurt like hell but was pleasantly surprised. Pulling off the wax is weirdly satisfying like when you pull off a nose strip.. I have a gross photo of one of the strips but it I think it's too gross to actually upload. Can't seem to find sensis wax to buy on its own so I will have to use a different brand of hard wax next time. Four bags do not go as far as 6 full body waxes! Especially if you're new to hot waxing! Overall, amazing product. I'm so glad I bought it, this is going to save me a lot of money not getting a wax job at a salon.Advice: watch some YouTube tutorials before trying it!

Being a complete novice to using my own home waxing kit and after reading other reviews I have to say this is a gem! I didn't have a clue and had to email the crazy for advice on things I thought I might be doing wrong. They replied almost straight away. Very helpful. This waxing kit does what it says on the box! Pour in the beads turn iy on and wait for the beads to melt. Spreading it on quite firmly and wait a few seconds for it to cool, then whip it off. Personally I thought it less painful than using the old strip method and much easier. You deff can't go wrong with this and a great price to!

So disappointed after reading the amazing reviews. It was too good to be true for me.First of all I only got 3 wax packets rather than 4 - not a massive issue but still, that’s not what I paid for.The wax is a gentle wax but it doesn’t pick up the finer hairs very well, I’m having to go over it quite a few times. I find the wax quite hard to spread meaning it’s very difficult and tedious doing larger areas. So I will keep using it for my face but unfortunately I’ll have to keep going over the areas with finer hair.The pot is nice and compact but the temperature settings don’t work well for me. The difference between hot and medium is too great and anything in-between makes no difference. When I turn the pot down to medium from max (as per instructions), it cools far to much and the wax is impossible to get out again, so I am having to constantly (more than usual) switch between the 2 to allow the wax to cool just enough to put on the skin but not harden again.Such a shame as it’s such great deal over all. I will continue to use but I’ll defo try a different wax and keep fiddling with the temperature settings.

The package arrived really professionally packed up, it was neat and tidy, well protected with no damage. I first used this last night after reading up some tips on how best to get started, the instructions on how to use the wax warmer were easy to follow, it's basically just plug in, heat to melt the wax and reduce heat to get to the desired temp. It came with 4 bags of a lovely colour wax as well as an after wax spray that helped with clean up and left my skin so soothed and smooth. I will for sure be buying from the same place again when I'm in need of a wax top up or any other products :)

I am not one for leaving reviews but for the price this is AMAZING so I had to share the joy for my fellow waxers in lockdown. After a few attempts you’ll get the hang of it (you need to spread the wax quite quickly and thick, if it’s thin it just snaps). I am a regular attendee at the beautician so lockdown has been difficult. I will now be waxing from home. With 2 bags of this was I waxed mine and a friends eyebrows, my top lip, underarms, both of our bikini lines and my lower legs. This would have cost over £70 in the salon and I still have half of the wax left. I thought it may not work well on the bikini line as the hair is thicker but it worked perfectly. Less pain than in the salon too! Very impressed!
