This form of magnesium seems to help a lot with my restless leg syndrome and repetitive movement syndrome. It seems better to me than other forms, at least for me.

Update: I was given a refund based on my experience which made me elevate to 4.Previous post: I was influenced to try this product due to someone I follow. Sadly when I opened the product, one capsule had come apart and filled the container with the contents.Additionally don’t love that the dosage is recommended 3 times per day.

Seems to help with my magnesium values, or so the doctor says.

It extended something, but it wasn't my life...😉
