OK we took a chance on this light because my wife liked it and at first it worked great but then after a month or two one day it began to start flickering and then smell, then it no longer worked. I wrote the company and they said it was the LED driver and they sent me 2 new ones that I had to install. Now those took about a month plus to get to us and I put them in and the light still didn't work. Yes they were installed exactly as the others were installed, wire for wire. So I wrote the company again and told them what happened and now they said because it has been 6 months I will need to send the light back to them and pay the shipping and wait 2-3 months for it to be returned and bear the return shipping cost as well, WHAT! I could buy 3 to 4 lights for that. So no I am not sending the light back and wait 2-3 months for it to return and pay a couple hundred buck shipping bill twice! So off we go to look for another light...not made by this company. So if you are reading this, this is what we had to go through and how they treated us. And yes all emails to them were written through Amazon and saved. Stay away from this company and light!! Look for another or be prepared to deal with this. Hope this helps future buyers.

I never write reviews but I always read the am and look for pictures. This chandelier is so gourgous I feel like perhaps the price was a mistake. When I first took it out the box my heart skipped a beat at the beauty. I am going to order another one for another room and shape it differently. The best part is you get the option to design it to your taste.

Beautiful, elegant, luxurious, it was a bit complicated installation but in the end it was beautiful, 100% recommended (¡3 years from the purchase and still work perfectly!)

Nice but base that attaches to Ceiling is far fromSupportive of the heavy weight of the chandelier.Base is flimsy and does not hold up well. Poor craftsmanship on the base. It needs 4 screws not just two. And when it arrived several glass crystals were cracked or broken. They automatically provide replacements crystals which I had to use all but 2 of them do to shipment damage.

5/13/20 update: amazon re-enabled pics.5/5/20:Pics say it all! (Nevermind, all pictures on reviews are disabled by Amazon at this time)PROS:1) Looks great just like advertised.2) installation on my vaulted ceiling was the same as a flat ceiling would be. (There were definitely caveats and lessons learned for the installation in general though! Discussed in my Cons and Notes sections below.)3) I got the 3 color option (warm, cool, and white) which is perfect! I wish all of my lights had this option. You can cycle through the modes by toggling the light on/off.4) It casts a nice pattern of rings and uplighting effect on the ceiling too! I bought some colored light filters, and customized the uplighting to have a nice rainbow effect :D Refer to the 4th pic.5) Packaging was great. It arrived with one cracked crystal, but it comes with a handful of spares. Repair was simple.CONS:1) The manual directs you to mount the bracket directly to the ceiling using wall anchors (which is unsafe and sloppy), instead of properly screwing the bracket into the existing ceiling receptacle. So instead of doing it the bad way, i provided my own 8/32" screws and washers to install the bracket into the receptacle. The chandelier then screws onto the bracket to finish the job.Note #1: you need two people to install this fixture (one installing the wiring and bracket, while the 2nd person holds up the chandelier for the installer).Note #2: The string lengths of the chandelier are really long, (i'd guess abt 4'). Because i only needed abt 2-3 ft for my ceiling, it was impossible trying to coil up all the extra string lengths in the cover plate while simultaneously trying to screw it flush onto the ceiling bracket. There are 9 strings total, of which 6 contain the led wires for the chandeliers and 3 are just plain support wires. I was able to snip off the extra lengths from the 3 support wires and this enabled me to finally mount the cover plate to the bracket. Our shoulders sure got tired, and remembering this for your install can help u troublshoot and finish the job quicker.

It is beautiful looking light. I fell in love with the modern looks. When it comes to installation, it is not for the faint hearted. You can adjust the height and the design of the rings and it is a great feature, but I had to use WD40 to push in the strings to move up easily. You must have a helper.It is very cheaply built and I am not sure of the durability, if you use the light often. The crystals can break easy and to prevent the shipping damage to it, the rings are wrapped with saran wrap very tight and you need a surgeon's precision hands to remove the wrapping carefully to avoid damage to the chrystals. They give you spare crystals, just in case. I found one crystal chipped. But I did not replace it.The bessel has to be installed tight against the ceiling to prevent the shortened ropes to come out between the top of the bessel and the ceiling. Bezel could have been made larger to push the strings in without crowding the ropes inside when adjusting the height. These issues gets harder if the light is installed on a high ceiling. As far the durability goes, time will tell as it appear to be built cheap. Another thing concerns me is: I have 2 of them above the dining table and if one goes bad, I need to replace both.

At first I was like another thing on the honey do list....but this minor upgrade transformed my dining space into a focal point of the home. It makes us feel like we are millionaires. Thank God it is made of quality lightweight material because hanging was a challenge. You will need 2 people to install. Do yourself a favor and remove all plastics prior to hanging you will thank me later.

Bought these lights last year have hardly used them only hung them up in October and they just stopped working .Contacted seller who was no help whatsoever didn’t care about a defective product.An expensive mistake DO NOT PURCHASE THESES LIGHTS THEY LOOK GOOD BUT ARE RUBBISH.Once they stop working the bulb can’t be replaced there are better out there.Avoid at all costs.

They do give you lots of extra K9 crystals because they know some will get broken during shipping, which is really appreciated. I bought 3 sets of theses and they do make a statement when lined up together.An insulation tip for your purchaser, is to decide on what appearance / i.e. length you want each light to hang at before mounting to the ceiling, use the package box on the floor and pull the ceiling mounting cap up from that point, and this is where you should be adjusting your cable length for each light.The mounting screws that are provided are too short as per most custom lighting, I had to pre purchase 1 1/4 length screws to get these installed properly.

Wow so beautiful and clever! Every time it turns on and off it's color changing between white, gold and warm white. It's a fun game to ask the family what's their favorite color. It took my husband and I 2 hours to install.

Spent $200 to hire an installer to install this over the stairs. The product looked like old when opened. Anyways got the installer to put it on after 3 hours labour. Only one ring lit up. Should have not wasted money in installing it. Disappointing but well, very rarely have bad experiences at Amazon. So it’s fine.

Me encanta el detalle tipo diamante, se ve hermosa y mas al encender, pero creo qué hay que tomar en cuenta el espacio, que no esté tan alto o tan abierto, pero aún así me encanta 😊
