Great customer service! Stands behind their product.
Product is built well with high quality parts. I had a small issue when I got around to using it. Though I was already beyond the return date, I reached out to the seller who quickly responded to help me resolve the issue. This is a perfect example of how customer service should be. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you!

1 of 2 stages bind
I bought 2 of these to make a XY CNC motion stage. 1 of 2 binds during travel. The lead screw seems to wobble (not necessarily a problem on its own), but the design and tolerances or over-constraint with the linear rail and assembly cause the travel to bind up. Sometimes it moves, but not the amount expected, leading to big motion errors. [Update] Disassembled to find motor is slipping on the lead-screw, within the motor. This is a bad motor, and poor QC (didn't catch it incoming, or in assembly).

Really cool! Wish it had more documentation
This is a cool little setup! I purchased the 50mm rail and it is perfect for what I need! Wiring diagram would be nice, but a simple connectivity test with a volt meter helped me out with the motor wiring. Black and Green are 1A and 1B. Blue and Red are 2A and 2B.

Great product!
It is another unit that is going to be useful in some of my projects, looks to be made very sturdy.

Heating up in use
I am controlling the motor with an Arduino uno, an L298N H-bridge driver, and 12 V power supply. The motor heats up significantly when I use it, not sure if I'm going to fry it or not.. Any comments from the supplier?

Precision supposed to be 0.1 mm .. more like 1 mm of backlash in the screw.
Precision supposed to be 0.1 mm .. more like 1 mm of backlash in the screw. No wiring diagram or description indicating specifics of the NEMA 11 stepper motor, like step size, etc. Stepper motor really heats up even under low drive levels even motor isn't disengaged, ie. holding.
