Might work!
As a severe migraine sufferer, I wanted this to work for me so bad! Us migraineurs are always desperate for new options. I had high hopes. It works for my very mild rebound headaches. Other OTCs (Aspirin, Ibuprofen etc) work for me just as well (when they work). The reason I mention this is because for the cost; I don't feel it brings the results as compared to my experience of other OTCs. I've had more benefit from taking a daily supplement like Migrelief or Migraine Support supplements on a daily basis without the added pain killer. I don't want to put people off from trying this however, because it might work for you-- that's why I give it 3 stars. My husband doesn't get migraines, but he does get moderate headaches and this stuff works great for him. We're all different!

I have tried many headache remedies but this seems to work better than most.Recently I saw my Neurologist asked him if this was OK to use & he said definitely.As with all pain relievers, the sooner I take it quicker it works. I recently orderedanother bottle from Amazon since I haven't found it in any of my local stores

Finally, try this, works very well for me
Fantastic for tension headaches. I have migraines and headaches. I have not used this for a migraine as I have prescriptions for that but have used multiple times for tension headaches. I now have one bottle at work and one bottle at home. It seems like I can feel it working and in full effect in 20-30 minutes. Sometimes I can still feel where the headache is but I'm free to go about my business without misery. Some people comment on expense but really, it's reasonable since it works. I have never found anything that helps until now.

Not quite a winner
So far, I've used this medication twice and neither time did it work as well as I'd hoped it would. I may try again but so far, it hasn't been what I expected.

Didn't even touch the pain of a migraine. Dont waste $$$. Instead, supplement preferred NSAID with Magnesium.
Was hoping this would at least take the edge off of even my least painful migraine (I have several different types of chronic migraines). Didn't even touch the pain of a migraine. Dont waste your money. Instead, supplement preferred NSAID w/400 mg gel capulet Magnesium. Of course, consult with your doctor, but most humans, regardless if they are migrainuers or not, have low levels of Magnesium, so supplementing with Magnesium is never a bad idea. If you suffer from migraines... I highly recommend supplementing Magnesium more than once a day every day. Migralex is a complete waste of money for chronic sever migraines!

Saving me from many migraines
I LOVE this product! It has saved me may days of pain from migraines. The ingredients are so simple I wasn't sure it would work, but most of the time it does. I highly recommend it for anyone having side effects from some of the prescription drugs available. Also, the price is great compared to some of the prescription drugs.

Almost expired!
I like this product in general however I was extremely disappointed when I received an almost expired product. I don't use these too often so it frustrates me that the bottle of pills was set to expire in two months and I will probably only end up using a few. I really wanted to return these but I needed one for a migraine that day. I will buy elsewhere next time.

Better than expected
While this doesn't handle a migraine once I am already very sick, it does a great job with smaller headaches that have the potential to get bad.
