dented capacitor
It works as intended but one of the large ballast capacitors has a dent in it. It doesn't effect usage but will probrably effect the lifespan. I wont bother replacing the cap yet as the only side effect of it failing would be more ripple in the power output. Other than that, build isn't really that good or bad and it is working just fine powering a few opamps in an active crossover i built.

+/- adjustable regulator for DIY projects
Very good +/- adjustable regulator for DIY projects. The outputs are protected with resettable fuses. Positive and negative voltages are adjusted independently. Input is filtered with 2200 uf capacitors.

Dual power supply
a great deal, I was going to build my own but this unit saves a lot of money and time.I would like to replace the 5k pots with ones on a panel,.does anyone know where I could get a schematic for this unit?

Compact & well-made
Works great. Fine adjustment uses multi-turn pots. Cheaper than building from discreet parts.
