I bought this mug for a co-worker as a gift and she’s always getting compliments from co-workers, when she drinks from it. Pretty color, good quality. My co-worker loves mermaids!

I ordered this ítem for a birthday gift. I was excited since it is a very nice mug by looking at the pictures but when I opened the package it had grey stains inside and around the mug. Good thing it took off by just wiping and srubbing. Also the handle clearly shows that it is a gold color but mine had blue paint stains that I was not able to remove. Since this was a last minute gift I forgot to take pictures. Overall the mug was really cute but I disliked how I received it.

Really really cute BUT the golden layer on the tail was not printed on perfectly, so a golden speck or two are on the body of the cup and the tail part doesn’t completely align. Annoying looking closely, but my friend still loved it.

i intially bought my stepdaughter(9) a pink one for her birthday since she enjoys a cup of hot tea from time to time and loves mermaids. my other stepdaughter(10) went nuts about it and asked if i could get her a blue one. she doesn't even drink hot beverages. and so they both use these cups for whatever to wet their whistles, and love them very much...they are sturdy, nice quality and aesthetically pleasing with the raised scales and gold tail. any lover of mermaids and aquatic things would adore this cup.

What we received was such a sad impression of what was advertised. The cup was scratched and the tail part was uneven and so poorly done. I shipped this item back to the seller the following business day and am still waiting for my money to be refunded.

I bought this for a friend, and I feel guilty giving it to her... Such terrible quality and the box looks like it's been sitting in warehouse for at least a decade. Oh well, we can laugh about it on Christmas.
