Sunny Day Hair Chalk Salon by Horizon Group USA, 5 Colorful Hairchalk Pens

I purchased this for my daughter who is in love with the show Sunny Day. I did read all of the reviews and saw that a lot of people we're having problems with it tangling their hair. There was one review where the product worked just fine and my daughter has the same hair type from the looks of the picture from that particular reviewer. So I agree and that it may be the type of hair that the product is used on but we had no tangling and the colors came out just fine on her hair. I did sample them in the middle just in case there were any problems. We did not use the orange but as you can see the yellow, pink, blue and purple came out fine. We left it in for a few days and it washed out really easy she loved it.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I could have rubbed chap stick in my daughters hair and had a better result. It is greasy with a chalk texture at the same time. Did not color her hair unless it was globbed on and then it came off in chunks. It then pulled/tangled her hair and looked horrible. It also pulled her hair out when using it and had to pick her hair off of the chalk tip. Horrible, horrible product. The only reason I purchased this instead of a nice quality one is because she likes sunny day-you get what you pay for. The maker should be ashamed to put out such a crap product and get a childs hope's up.**update**It took 3 days and over 7 washes to get all of the oily texture our of my daughters hair. Tangles were gone after the 2nd day but her hair looked like it hadn't been washed in a week! Def dont recommend for straight thin hair.

These were cute in that they went with the theme of my gifts for my daughter but they did come apart in her hair and were greasier than I would have liked. They were probably more appropriate for her age than other chalks but truth be told I’m not sure excited to get them out for dress up again anytime soon.

Cute!!! Really colors the hair. The only issues I have with this is that it's a little hard to wash out. You have to really scrub and comb out the chalk with shampoo. But I got it out fine.

I am only giving this product two stars because of how vibrant the color was in my daughters hair. After putting the hair chalk in my daughters hair I started to notice that her hair became very knotty. We attempted to wash it out and oh what a mess it was. It took a couple of good washes to come out. Even after the fact her hair texture was different. Save your money and get better quality temp. hair color!

My grand daughter lived it. It was easy to apply and easy to wash out..

Really doesn’t work well on my daughter’s brown hair. Color doesn’t show up at all despite lots of coloring. Looked ok when we twirled hair when applying (in pic) but once twirl loosened you couldn’t see the color at all.

Purchased as a gift for my boyfriends little sister. She loved it!
