This desk is stunning. It feels like a solid piece of furniture that will last a long time. It took hubby about 30 mins on his own to build.We've been using a 4ft picnic table in the lounge since Covid which was not ideal. As the working from home situation is now a permanent thing we decided to get a proper desk. Bizarrely, this desk appears to take up less space than the flimsy picnic table. It's only a couple of centimetres narrower than the picnic table but I think it's down to the design of the legs that make it appear neater, and solid. The result is that the work from home area looks so much better. Before, it looked cluttered and the bulky office chair didn't help. We have a new slim Lakeland Furniture Ripple Office Chair Light Grey Fabric (no arms, no wheels and described as an office/dining chair). It finishes the setup perfectly. And no more desk rattling and wobbles.Highly recommended.
