Love it, flaws and all.
Let me address some issues I have with this product first then I'll address a few of the other reviews around here that feel a bit disingenuous. The first is a love/hate relationship I and others have with the magnets. They are powerful enough to have an effect on the operation of the stylus and the internal compass. While we're on the subject of the stylus, it is slightly harder to remove with this case on given that it's mostly covered by the leather. You can, with fingernails, get it out, but it's definitely harder. So if you're a heavy user of the stylus, I could see this case being something of a letdown for you.On the subject of the compass... while it's true the magnets throw it off I will dispute any claims that this hinders the maps program. The maps program never really picks up on which direction you're facing until you actually move in a direction, then it orients correctly. I use my gps nearly daily and have never felt inconvienienced since I got this case. Now that we've gotten the (very minor) complaints out of the way let me address some of the comments in here.First up is the complaint that you can't fit more than 3 cards in this case. That's categorically false. As of writing this I have 4 cards + ID in the cards slots (2 cards in the top slot and I bet I could double up on the other 2 slots as well), and I have $225 (8 20s, 5 10s, 2 5s, 5 1s). Even with this all in it the magnetic clasp still holds just fine. Worth mentioning my screen also has one of those 3m glass protectors that are pretty thick pieces of glass over the screen as well. With all that I'd compare the size to an Otterbox Defender (having owned one for my note 2).2nd up. Magnet is weak. That's definitely not the case. The magnet is quite solid and makes a snapping noise when you close the clasp. I do sometimes worry it's strong enough to mess with the magnetic strip on a credit card, or the memory of my phone, but so far so good. With the case fully open and folded back the magnetic clasp will catch and stay even through all the IDs and credit cards I keep in there. So the gentleman with the flap issue, I didn't experience the same thing.Lastly is the rubber fitting in which you put your phone. This was an extremely tight fit for my phone, and it is pretty difficult to remove the phone from this part to access your battery. Given how well it grips my phone I'm fully confident my phone will never fall out of it on accident, which is important because I've taken to flipping open my phone by holding onto the leather flap, which has potential to send my phone flying to the ground. While the rubber does kind of look cheap (especially next to the luxury leather, I find that once on it blends well with my phone and I hardly even notice its appearance. Moreover I like that it's easy to access the buttons on the sides, and the few times I've dropped it, it's landed on edge, which is well protected by the pliant rubber. I really do feel like it's got some shock absorbency there. Some final personal notes. I took that stupid tassel off on the center of the photo. It constantly got in the way of the camera. The other longer piece on the side I kept on, it's useful for pulling the phone out of a tight pocket, and functions as a good wrist strap for when you're taking pics in potentially phone losing situations. The case is physically gorgeous, looks very professional, and it's made a functional replacement of my wallet. I will say you're going to have to reduce the number of cards you carry with you at all times. I keep my ratty old wallet with all my cards that I don't use daily in my glovebox (insurance cards and the like). This is super convenient in that you don't need to carry a wallet and a phone anymore, now I grab this and my keys and I'm out the door. I personally love this case and give it 5 stars because it's done everything I wanted it to and has not impeded my daily use in any way. Again I'd recommend this to anyone, but someone who uses the stylus regularly.

Really stylish option for those looking to remove wallets from your life.
So far I really like this case, but it is not for everyone. I've moved to using this case as a wallet as well as a way to protect my phone. I've used a wallet my whole life, so I understand it is not a change for everyone. That said, if you have only 5-6 cards you carry and don't carry large wads of cash with you, it might be a viable option. I use a password manager and google wallet to scan in and remember all my loyalty and membership cards, so that has reduced my carry load quite a bit.The case appears to be very high quality. My case has a much less weathered appearance than the one shown in the pictures here. That's fine with me; it still has plenty of character. It feels and looks great.I can see how (as mentioned by at least one other reviewer) one might put too much in the case so that the magnetic latch does not stay closed. I've not had that issue with 5 cards plus my driver's license and a little cash, but I don't want to put too much more inside. It can be helpful to wrap the elastic strap around it when traveling; it provides a bit of extra security. In "kick-stand" mode it works just fine. I've used it a couple of times in that mode and it stays stable.I also have a Samsung branded car cradle; I'm pretty sure it won't fit in there now, but am still going to give it a try. I don't think that's going to be a problem since the kick-stand mode might work fine for me in the car.So far - its just great! I'll update after using it a bit longer.[edit Aug 2015]I've now had a chance to use this for some months now. I'm extremely satisfied with it and even the elastic strap has held up just fine. The magnetic strap really works great even over time. Just great.. I'm upping my rating to 5 stars because it is really good value for a reasonable price.[edit Aug 2016]One more year on and its still serving me well. The card slots are loosening up, which means you have to be careful as it gets older that you don't lose cards when its open. When its closed it seems very secure.

Some annoyances, but overall a great solution
Pros:-Beautiful, high quality leather-Can fit ID, paper car insurance card, 4 other cards and cash without feeling overstuffed-Magnets are quite strong if you like having a clasp closure-Tassel is useful for pulling the unit out of a pocket-The phone fits snuggly in the rubber holder, I'm confident it will not fall out if I flip the wallet openCons:-The magnets can mess with the s pen-The big pocket is juuuuust not quite big enough to fit American bills-The camera hole cover is 100% useless and feels like a waste-The S Pen is a little annoying to get out.My take:I'm very happy with this purchase. It's both functional and aesthetically pleasing to the eye and the touch. I personally cut the magnet clasp off and the other magnet out with a razor to solve the s pen interference issue (I also didn't want a clasp). I also cut the stitching along the top of the big pocket so I can fit bills. Lastly, I got rid of the camera cover and tassel. Fortunately I don't use the S Pen a ton, but if I did I would be really frustrated with the case. With my adjustments this is exactly what I was looking for.
