Pretty Basic and to the point
Enjoyed reading this book though "common sense" is a common theme. Did learn some new techniques I can use for teaching. Easy to follow but wish it had more exercises and scenerios.

I have read this book cover to cover and refer to it often. I am studying for my MSN and use this book often as a reference. The book was actually used as a reference in one of my text books which I then bought for myself. Simple to read and understand the most complex etiquette rules.

It is an easy read and has some interesting tips that I have found useful. Not a bad price for it either.

Written like a child's book
Not what I was expecting. Written like a child's book, or comic book with animations and little about what I was looking for on this subject matter.

The book is great even if you're not a nurse. It makes every day etiquette easy to learn and understand
