Mug looks good could of been delivered clean though
The mug itself looks great, only issue I have is when it turned up it was covered in dirt. Not sure how it’s happened but doesn’t look great when you unwrap an item and it’s stuck to the bubble wrap and has an off brow substance stuck to it.

Poor quality
Bought two mugs, one had a flaw on the handle making it uncomfortable to hold. The replacement has a flaw on the rim, making drinking from it problematic. I don't know whether the seller is at fault for insufficient quality checking or the manufacturer for poor manufacturing and quality checks. Very disappointing as previous mugs in this range have been of high quality

Bought two of these mugs. A Christmas gift I sent out to Australia.
