Soap Dispenser for Kitchen Sink (Black Matte), Built in Soap Dispenser, Stainless Steel Pump Replacement

Over the past 10 years I think we've gone through 4 sets of soap dispensers. This product is hands down the best we've bought. When I first opened the package they were light weight and I was worried they would be cheap and flimsy. They were easier to install than any others we've had before, the size of the soap holder is larger than any we've had before, the finish is nice, the spout extension is longer and more adequate than any other, the ease of the pump is terrific, and the amount of soap that gets disbursed is perfect. I love having two dispensers at my kitchen sink (one for Dawn and one for hand soap, or you could use a second for lotion as long as your sink has enough holes. The price was more reasonable than any of the previous dispensers that I purchased from the depot store. The reviews I read helped me chose this product. I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing my own review to make sure I reported accurately. I'm even more pleased now. You shouldn't be disappointing in this product. The delivery was even quicker than I had expected. I am very happy!

I swapped out an older faucet and after we installed the new one we realized there was a 2nd hole for a Soap dispenser which was previously covered by a mounting plate. I grabbed this little guy when I saw it on sale for a good price and it worked out perfectly. The color matched (Matte black) and seems to be decent quality.

The pump arrived quickly, was easy to install, and matched our sink perfectly. We had an issue in that after about a year, the soap dispenser bottle broke. I honestly didn't think much about and we were using a temporary soap pump. One the led to another and it was a year later and I finally thought I would contact the seller to see about buying a replacement bottle as the soap pump still worked perfectly. Keep in mind, this is two years after I purchased this pump. They sent a complete replacement out to me right away free of charge. Who does this anymore? I was shocked and we couldn't be happier. The soap dispenser bottle holds a lot of soap and lasts us a long time plus you fill it from the top so it is super easy to refill when the time comes. The pump has always worked perfectly and I can't say enough about the amazing customer service we received!!!

Easy to install and excellent looking product. It also draws the soap very well. But the amount it dispensed is too much and with too much force. The soap shoots out like ejaculation. That's the only negative (funny?) thing I can think of.

So far so good! So easy to put in. If you are alone installing this all you need to do is put a heavy towel folded up to hold it down (the same as you would do to install a sink hole cover alone- just put a heavy bowl to hold it down as you screw the usually plastic retaining nut/holder onto the bottom threads of the unit.It has a rubber washer gasket up top where it goes on top of your sink. All in all it looks nice, feels like adequate quality, nice finish. The dispenser tube-pipe extends the perfect length in relation to the hole, in order to pump soap at the ideal location. What's not to like? We shall see if any issues come up but it looks good to go!

I needed a matte black soap dispenser to match my new faucet. This one fit the bill perfectly. Nice design, easy to install, reasonably priced and looks good.I was cramped in the small cabinet under the sink but the dispenser itself went together and installed easily. Put the dispenser in place with the gasket, slip the gasket and nut on to the threaded portion under the sink and hand tighten. The instructions say to then remove the pump and install the hose. I did it before I installed it and it worked out great...saved me the effort of climbing out, and then back under, the sink a second time. Then just fill the bottle with soap and screw it on. (I also filled the bottle and put it under the sink with me to save time and effort.)Works great and now I don't have to get the soap bottle from under the sink every time I need dish soap. The bottle also holds enough soap to last for months...maybe a year. Keeps the trips under the sink to a minimum.

We have a Kräus stainless farmhouse sink and it included a soap dispenser. However, that dispenser started to show little rust spots on its case (underneath the pump, out of sight) and in less than two years, it started to stick and just stop working.We jumped on Amazon and found the kimi cuisine dispenser and it mostly matched what we had, the price was good, so we went with it. I only replaced the original pumper and draw tube, dropped the kimi cuisine pumper in, and it fit perfectly and worked like a champ. Honestly, I can’t tell the difference between the bottle and the threaded body of the two dispensers, so it makes sense everything would be interchangeable. However, the pumping mechanisms are not the same underneath. The draw tube for the Kräus is much beefier and its pumper has a stainless housing. Otherwise, hole diameter for the pumper assembly in the threaded body is the same on both.The other nice thing about this one is the warranty: Register the purchase at their website and the warranty goes from two years to four years. Since our experience with soap dispensers is death within a year or two, we dig the longer warranty.

I've purchased this soap dispenser Jul. 15th and I am very glad I did. It's very good quality, affordable and it makes my wife happy (most important thing!) :)As I've opened the box I found out that it was missing the plastic tube that carries the liquid soap to the spout. I've emailed the seller, and Sean in customer service replied the next day with a request for my address so he can ship it to me. As soon as I've received it I installed it. It's a beautiful soap dispenser, good quality, and easy to install (replace an old, broken one in my case)In conclusion I recomend this item, and the seller to anybody interested in buying a soap dispenser. Very happy with the item, and the most important thing, a company that stands behind what they sell!!Thank you very much Sean!
