I drink green tea on a regular basis. I wanted to maximize the effects without having to drink tons of tea cups a day. I get the same benefits with just two capsules. It's great for curbing my appetite. If I take these with a good breakfast i am not hungry again until after lunch time. No more snacks and sugar cravings. This also didn't give me the jittery effects other products had. It also helped with having more energy for my workouts.

These are pretty good little pills. They give me the energy I need to get stuff done throughout the day (Im crib training a 7 month old so every little bit helps.) Ive also noticed that despite not being able to get to the gym regularly, as usual, I am not gaining weight which means that the metabolism increase is working as well! Ill buy them again.

So far I've been taking these for a week, every morning before leaving for work. Usually I feel a slump in the morning and it takes several hours to feel awake. With these supplements, it takes about an hour or less to feel the energy kicking in. This lasted continuously throughout the day - no crashes! It also didn't give me the weird jitters that coffee does, which felt better for my body.In the future, it would be cool to have a completely vegetarian capsule option. I've been using this product for 2 weeks now because I wanted to be sure I could give a proper review. I'm the type of person that needs a couple of cups of coffee in the morning and then one in the afternoon to get me through the 3-4pm hour of sleepiness. I've noticed that I no longer need or crave that afternoon coffee and I've got plenty of energy to pick up my kids from school and get them to their evening practices!
