Yes, you can. I use one vial several times, until it's empty.

When I purchase this product the cost is $13.99 for a single box which contains 30 sterile single-use vials/containers (0.01 fl oz/0.4 ml). It is more expensive than other eye lubricants but it is thicker and works better for me than a product like Refresh Plus or similar.
