complex and delicious flavor
I am a canned tomato afficiendo as well as a canned tomato snob. I am picky. I have tasted canned tomatoes from all sorts of companies. These are above and beyond! Delicious! The flavor is actually complex... how do you do that with a canned tomato? But it is... the best canned tomatoes I have ever tasted! I wish Amazon would re-stock... I have already eaten my supply!

Super-delicious!
The price is admittedly high--but these are ever so useful when it's not the season or it's otherwise not impossible to get tomatoes to roast yourself with herbs. These are superior to Muir Glen brand--and that's saying A Lot!

Less flavor than expected
I expected strong flavor,,,but hardly different than any other canned tomatoes.

Fresh Taste, Skin-Free, Ideal for Use with Minimal Cooking
I was a skeptic due to price, but am a convert to these for use when minimal cooking reveals which tomatoes you use. Makes a lovely soup (I don't cook half of the tomatoes, to retain freshness). Favor is not ruined by can, skins, or over-processing.

Good stuff but $$ spendy.
These are wonderful in Chili's, soups, etc. You don't need a can opener.
