HAIRART Universal Concentrator (Model: 1916)

My hair dryer is the correct size but no matter how i put it on it just slips off immediately. It will not stay on at all. There is nothing on the inside of the concentrator to grab onto the dryer. Fits all hair dryers is a total lie. Total waste of money and they will not accept refunds, of course. I would not trust this company at all. Trust the bad reviews.

My Hairdryer Concentrator fell off, and remains to be seen. However, I found this, it's Universal, Salon quality, and fits any Hairdryer.

Did not fit properly on my hair dryer and before I could take it off it had began to melt and burnt up my hair dryer. Replacing the hair dryer will cost me 50 times more than this item. Overall this is a poor product with false advertising!

The description is contradictory. It states Universal and fits all hair dryers. It also says please note only fits nozzles 1.2 to 2 inches. Be careful not to assume all hair dryer nozzles are universaly the same size. The nozzle did not fit the hair dryer and unfortunately the company will not accept any returns or exchanges. From experience take note to what size nozzles you need for your dryer so you are not disappointed in waiting time and money. I comtinue to order from Amazon but I will not be purchasing from this company again. Most people find something the like and order. It should state within the description they will not accept returns or exchanges without having to dig for it before making a purchase.

First of all, this is the same as the Diane Concentrator...though they look a little different. And both of them don't stay on the hair dryer very well. The "spring" action they refer to is basically plastic "fingers" that are supposed to move to grip the hair dryer...but they don't. The only way I could get this to stay on was by using some electrician's tape (best invention ever...removable and will take some heat). I uploaded some pics so you can see how I attached it to my travel hair dryer. Looks odd because the concentrator is quite large, but it works.

Horrible product! Waste of money..... Did not fit at all, i had to tape it on, after one use of less than 10 minutes the insides started melting......WORST PART IS.....it's not returnable :-( , kiss that $7+ goodbye.

After a lengthy search and many attachment pieces that did not fit, I finally found one that fits my GHD! I am happily surprised that it fits my GHD Air 1.0 blow dryer. Such a great price, too.

I bought this product labeled Universal Concentrator. However, it does not fit my hair dryer, therefore it should not be called Universal. I see now that it is not returnable. What am I to do with this product that does not work for me. It has been over a month now and no response from this company or Amazon!
