The Box Was Ripped
Like the other reviews, the box I received was torn up and in bad condition when I received it. Additionally, it looked as though it had already been opened by someone else. I would like to note that a USB charging cable is not included, you have to buy your own or obtain it somewhere else, which is frankly, very inconvenient. I added a star because the product itself seemed okay, but it just seemed like someone else had already used it beforehand. I'm definitely returning this.

no core do not heat up...
My box arrived like this, out side was ripd, inside was teare.. Do not come with core...I waited for 10min, iron still do not heat up.This was so cute ,I really wish this could work..
