So far, so good
The thing that bothers me about this pitcher is that the filter "floats" in the center. There is nothing to stop the tea leaves from coming out of the spout when you pour, so you have to remove the filter before you pour it. The old style screwed into the lid so you could let your (herbal) tea continue steeping if you wanted to. I guess I'll just wait longer before drinking my tea.

Made a great gift for my tea loving wife!
I made the "mistake" of gifting my wife a DavidsTea tea pot and several flavors a few years ago and since then she has been hooked. This pitcher works great and makes making iced tea a super easy process. It fits right on the door of the fridge and the fact that it's dishwasher safe is a huge plus.

Practical And Well Constructed
This pitcher is a lovely, functional product. The cheery blue cover and handle add a fun accent. The strainer is well constricted with a fine mesh that would control most tea leaf particles. Although I generally prefer glass, the heavy plastic is a great alternative for indoor-outdoor use. It’s also easy to clean! It arrived on time, as expected, with no problems.

Terrific for Tea Time!
As usual, David's Tea comes through with an excellent product. This is my third Perfect Pitcher, not because they break, but because they are so easy to use! We drink a LOT of tea in our house, and we love that you can steep and serve from the same pitcher. They hold up well in the dishwasher, and last YEARS! Great buy!

This tea pitcher will help you find your truth. My truth? I drink a lot of iced tea. This pitcher makes iced tea awesomely. Currently using it to brew a pond of iced tea for my zen garden. My koi are all about that oolong.

Nice pitcher fits in fridge door
Love this ice tea pitcher. It fits on the door shelf in my sub-zero fridge. I make cold brew ice tea in it. Works great!!

I Hate This Pitcher
I have a few different pitchers from different companies and this one is by far my least favorite. I use it now to just hold juice instead of making tea in it. The mesh never held the tea leaves in properly and I would always get floating bits in my tea.

Perfect Ice Tea maker
We wanted something plastic so it could take a few bumps, and also something that could take boiling water. You are supposed to use "near boiling", but that's good enough.Well built, easy to wash. Great item.

Love it!
Love this pitcher. Doesn’t leak when lying on its side and lid fits tightly with no leakage when shaking to mix. Comes apart too for easy cleaning. Also fits nicely in fridge door. Wish I’d bought 2!
