I mounted it over my Apt door and it worked great first night. Would not turn on as batteries were dead after that as there is a walkway above me and indirect light did no charging at all. I will install on outer walkway to place solar panel in daylight exposure to make this work.

I’m so thrilled with this product. It resolved the battle I was having with my husband over the porch light. I wanted to leave it on for our boys, so that they’d be able to see when coming and going late at night. He was constantly shutting it off. (He’s a penny pincher.) This gives everyone light when they need it and isn’t a drain on the electric bill.

Only worked for a few months then stopped. I opened up the light to see if it was a replaceable battery and found that the entire inside was wet! The product description says "Waterproof". I would guess that the reason it doesn't work any more is that it is not waterproof.

After 2 months, working great. All night light!

We bought this for an elderly grandma so she could see her sidewalk at night. She said it worked great for a few months then just stopped. We took it down and tried to get it working again . Not happening. It died.
