Home Bazaar Prairie Farmhouse Birdhouse

While the house is beautiful and home to a new family already, there are 3 issues: it is much smaller than expected, it hooked on to my existing post with a bracket that you have to hang on the side of the post instead of on top, making it look uneven, and only 3 sides are decorated leaving one side completely flat, which is visible.

Nice product. We returned it because it was smaller than we expected and needed. Wish it came in a larger size.

Bought as a gift. Looked great and was well received.

We put up this little house in our garden, and it looks lovely. At first our little summer resident birds (sedge wrens) were sceptical of this new house. Then the male checked it out, and pronounced it acceptable. The pair have built a nest inside and there are eggs in it. We are eagerly awaiting the little ones - and i can check on them through the window!

Rotted and fell apart after 1 year when it's supposed to be fine for outdoors. Even treated with water seal. Didn't help.

I have decided that this farmhouse is to nice to go outside in the weather. I am sure the birds will disagree with me.

Very well made. Nice sturdy birdhouse. Detail is exceptional. Even has a back flap to un-screw and clean out old nest. Was very pleased with purchase and would recommend product.

Very cute. Will know in spring if birdhouse holds up well.
