I am a hat guy. As a kid, and to this day, I appreciate a nice looking hat. I just opened the box from DelMonico Hatter and this hat is my new favorite. They are a great store to deal with. Customer service is top notch. The hat arrived on time, and in a box big enough to secure it. The hat is well made and the details are just right. Its a little roomy so I have put a little piece of padding inside the hat band to snug it up. They include a note with the package telling me I can call and request their hat snugging little thing and I did since its a touch on the loose side. I ordered the color "serpent". Like a brownish green. Somebody might say "olive". The color and shape are really what I expected and I enjoy the fact that it can be worn with anything. I really like when the DelMonico Hat shop has a deal on something. They always treat my hats great so they get to my house in the way they should. No worries about any damage, or the hat being off center, etc. Any future summer hat purchase will end up with Baileys from DelMonicos. Update: I just bought the grey oxford mix. Its a sale item, how could I refuse. So the medium is snug, but it is better than too loose when I cut my hair way down for summer. I like the look and fit, came in a smaller box, but is crushable so no worries. Love the look, the light color will be nice in the summer sun. Great hats.

I like this hat very much. It is well made, high quality, water/snow resistant (perfect for Winter). Seems to be durable. It is kind of like Indiana Jones style. I ordered the Java Bean color in small size. I think it is a little pricey but worth it in my opinion. Fast delivery. It came in a box very well protected with multiple layers of cardboard for extra protection. Hat arrived in perfect condition.

Good price and a good looking hat. The band is tight/streamlined, the felt is good (smooth, no cracks or fuzzy/worn look), and it retains its shape. I normally wear a 7 1/4 inch hat, or a 7 1/2 and shrink it down to a 7 1/4 in the wash. The large fits perfectly (neither loose or snug), and the inside is soft and as comfortable as any hat I've worn. The brim is slightly wider than what the camera angle would suggest, but not in a bad way. Some of the camera angles make it look close to a trilby, but this is definitely a classic fedora in size and shape. I have no problems recommending this hat as it met every hope/expectation I had. I own both the black and cognac versions.

The hat can barely be called a hat. So flimsy. Bought this as a gift for my father. He wanted a felt black hat Like Sinatra would wear.This hat came in an envelope lined with bubble wrap. I am not sure you would even ship a baseball cap that way. Came flat as a pancake. Not lined so to get any kind of shape into it and hold its form was impossible. For $120.00+ definately a rip off! So upset. Cannot be bothered to spend more money to return it. It hangs on his halltree as a reminder to us "Buyer Beware"!

I wear a straw hat in this style during warm weather and was looking for something similar for winter. This hat is nearly perfect. It's supposed to be packable, and that might explain the packaging. The hat came crushed and misshapen. After letting it "breathe" for about 3 days, I steamed it over a boiling tea kettle and shaped it by hand. The only thing wrong with it now is the hatband, which is a weird mauve shade - not as brown as the picture. The manufacturer's name is on the hatband, too, and I'm not crazy about that. Once it returned to the right shape, this is a great looking hat that is all wool, water repellent, and made in USA. The Oxford Mix is a medium gray with lighter and darker flecks. It's really interesting. The brim is wider than I expected, but fits the proportions of the hat very well. It looks and feels like it will last a long, long time.

I have got quite a few compliments on my new hat. Keeps my head warm on these very cold winter days. Looks good with my long length wool coat and scarf. Purchased a medium size.Was a little loose, but a smaller size would definitely be too tight a fit. I have this problem with most hats. With a small strip of felt to fit inside the band that I bought for 25 cents, it fits perfect. Very happy with the quality of material and should have years of good use. Would recommend this stylish hat for anyone looking for quality head gear.

Bought the medium because the large would have been too big. Medium was a little tight, but we solved that problem by taking it to a local hat shop. They used a little steam and a hat shaper and voila! Problem solved, fits perfectly!! This hat is gorgeous and my honey is getting so many compliments already since Christmas! He can dress it up with his gorgeous long black Cashmere topcoat or down with his new "Bryson" Zealand Lambskin brown Leather Jacket that I purchased here on Amazon both for his Christmas gifts! What a fantastic purchase!! I love the idea of bringing back the hats on men idea!! They looked so debonaire back in the day! Buy this hat!!

Good - attractive style and color, well made. Not quite so good - Purchased an XL. I wear a 7 5/8, and this hat was too big. Purchased an XL Belfry Bogart at the same time, and that fit perfectly. I appreciate the Amazon free returns policy!

Fits and looks great. Bought it to wear with my overcoat for funerals or other occasions when I need to wear my suit.

El sombrero tiene algunas marcas perceptibles de doblado en el fieltro,unas líneas. No es muy grave, pero en tienda no lo venderían. Sinceramente creo que se aprovechan de que es venta online para colar los que presentan estos defectos. Por no molestarte, ni lo devuelves....

Un Fedora americano straordinario! Ho preso una L perchè porto la 59 e mi sta perfetto! Colore navy davvero stupendo, attira davvero gli sguardi su di se! Materiali perfetti, feltro davvero resistente, ma morbidissimo! Inoltre ho trovato un’offerta assurda 35€ invece di 109€, ce n’erano 2 solo per questo colore e della mia taglia! Stratosferico! Sono più che soddisfatto, consigliatissimo anche a prezzo pieno ovviamente!

Lovely hat hav quite a few bailey hats ,picture it looks more orange 🍊 but their hats fit perfectly and comfortable to wear☺☺☺
