the best
I am always a little sad at first when I first hear Karen Carpenter.... till I get caught up in the beauty of her voice. We lost her waaayyyy too soon. She was a gift. What an incredible voice!... was soothing and made me smile.... timeless... I can never get tired of her voice. Brings back memories listening to their songs. Great quality recording...a must for anyones collection.

Silky voice alone is worth it
Great, great CD! Carpenters Gold is a treasure especially if you prefer off the charts voices like Karen Carpenter. She’s the best female voice I’ve ever heard & this all hits CD is worth the price. In the early fall months, I go to my front porch with a big cup of black coffee, my Bose Wave radio/CD & let the day unfold listening to my favorite artists. Interesting to note as neighbors drive by going to work, they hear Carpenters GOLD music & most all give me a thumbs up or an approval honk. Don’t mess around. Get this CD.

Worth every penny for the nostalgia alone.
Just a little bit of nostalgia and what fun to remember them when I was dating my husband.
