This brand of gum was recommended to me by my dentist to help keep your mouth clean post meal when you can’t brush your teeth. The xylitol has been said to help keep the mouth moist and the teeth from decay. The gum is not hard to chew and stays flavorful for a good amount of time.

Tastes like Vicks
To be fair, I absolutely love Spry's natural fruit and natural cinnamon gums. But this 'peppermint' is really, REALLY horrible. It tastes and smells like Vicks, like the strongest eucalyptus cough drop ever, the kind you have to spit out almost immediately because you can't take it anymore. Now I know what it's like to accidentally eat Vicks lol. I couldn't detect any hint of peppermint at all, the taste and smell of eucalyptus menthol was too overpowering. Gotta admit though, seriously, it really opened up my sinuses after only a cpl of seconds before I spit it out.

good taste, but flavor does not last long
Xylitol free which is great but the gum taste and consistency does not last long. Overall would likely purchase again. Claims about improved tooth health, cannot be independently verified by this consumer...

Not The Best But Not The Worst
I can't really decide how I feel about the gum yet so I'm just going to leave a neutral review with my experience.The gum sizes are a little too small for my liking so I generally take 2 at a time. So for me there is 50 servings per container which is a fairly good deal and lasts quite a while.The flavor is really good, not too strong and not too weak and great bold cinnamon flavor. The downfall is that it doesn't last very long which is probably in the fact that it's not flavored by a bunch of artificial junk. So kind of a trade off.It's pretty hard when you first start chewing on it but relaxes after a few minutes.It does have a strange aftertaste and oral feeling after you spit the gum out but after a while you get used to it and it's not that bad. I think it's just the type of sweetener.Overall the gum is very different from traditional in store gum. Flavor doesn't last quite as long, has a different aftertaste and material is a little different. The trade off is the ingredients are much healthier for your teeth and my mouth actually feels cleaner at the end of the day. I don't have a sugar plaque feeling on my teeth. I think that's why I have trouble deciding if I like it or not. Unhealthy but flavorful or healthy and not as flavorful.

This gum is pleasant for cleansing oral cavity while traveling. The flavor could stay longer.
