Clean Water, affordable filters, great AMERICAN based company :)
Very nice quality system, replacement filters are affordable and so far I've experienced great customer service from an AMERICAN based company. I had to contact the manufacturer for a quick verification to an inquiry I had. To my surprise a native English speaking (I have an auditory processing disorder making it hard for me to understand regular conversations let alone a conversation with someone who speaks with a heavy accent) HUMAN representative answered the phone and my inquiry in 2 seconds. This really validated any concerns I had about my purchase.I've had a cheap RO system before so I'm somewhat familiar with how RO systems work. This time around I wanted a beefier/better filter for my "new" house as my plan is to use the system for ANY water to be consumed.I bought the model with the electric pump to process the RO water a little faster. The untreated water is 'forced' through the RO filter and rely on line pressure to do so. The unit with the electric pump helps generate clean water a little faster and keep better pressure on the system.Although this is an under-sink filter system, I opt'd to install mine in the basement underneath where the kitchen sink is. Regardless of where you install it, the system installed quick and easy. This is designed to be installed in-line with the kitchen sink so if you want to do a basement installation like mine, you will need some additional parts to make it work although this is not a typical setup.Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of the items, the quality of the water and taste. It's even improved the taste of the coffee. I would recommend to friends, family, and strangers looking for a water filter.Unrelated to the product itself (specifically Amazon): BUYER BEWARE, as you should be with anything you buy on Amazon. I bought this 1 week before prime day (July 8, 2025) knowing it might go on sale in a few day but I wanted to install it over the holiday weekend as I was off of work. I contacted Amazon via their chat bot and was told by an Amazon representative to go ahead and buy it and if the item went on sale, they would "work with me" but was also told they didn't offer price matching on sales. OK, I thought...they said they would "work with me" and I took that for more than it was worth and foolishly ordered the item. Of course, the item immediately went on sale during Prime Day for almost $70 less. I would have been ok with say $7 less from a sale but it went on sale for $70 less. That is a huge price difference and when I contacted Amazon for them to "work with me", they acted as if I was the crazy one and that the representative never said that. Well, they did offer me a "courtesy credit" for the difference but that isn't cash back, that is a credit to your amazon account that can only be used on Amazon.com sold items. I still had to pay the full amount to my credit card company.Anyhow, they also did tell me I could purchase the new item then return the original item to get the lower price. I [again] foolishly didn't do this but should have...so my point is, play the Amazon game and do your due diligence to get the best price because Amazon doesn't care if the item is 3x more or less, they ain't voluntarily offering you anything better unless you kick and scream and then MAYBE they'll offer you a courtesy credit that can only be used on select items.Don't let Amazon be the reason you don't purchase this filter. The above paragraph is specific to Amazon, not the device.

Amazing filtration unit, Amazing Customer Service
We have been buying filtered water from town due to a fairly strong chlorine taste in the municipal water. The water is good otherwise. My wife and I live at the end of the municipal water system, on a hill, so we knew the pressure wouldn't reliably be high enough for an RO system unless we purchased one with a pump. I looked at the reviews on the iSpring boosted system and decided to purchase the one you see. There isn't a trace of chlorine taste!! It took good water and made it great!!1) Some have complained of a noisy pump. That apparently has been resolved. The one we got almost can't be heard in the cabinet under the sink.2) It is super easy to "install". Great video guidance on YouTube that the company has put up. They have updated the videos periodically (I found three different ones), the most recent one was most helpful to me. I dropped a star on the ease of installation because I had to get creative on how to fit it into the cabinet. I didn't know ahead of time that the filter cartridges were supposed to be supported, the weight of the water and filters aren't good for the housing. So I built a bracket and mounted it under the sink that allows the filters to sit on the floor of the cabinet. To remove it, I lift it off the two retaining screws and set it on the floor outside the cabinet to service. The included hoses are long enough. Everything else was plug and play.3) The feed water adapter is designed to be installed by hand - it takes very little pressure to seal. I didn't know that ahead of time and every time I tried to tighten it down, the oring seal distorted and was pushed into the tube. I instinctively used hand pressure, it sealed and although the company offer to send me a new one, I felt that it was doing what it was designed to do and it was 'pilot error' that caused the issue.4) That brings me to the best part - the customer service is AWESOME!!! The communication is kept in a single thread so that it is all documented together. The service rep that has been helping me, Richard, has only treated me with respect. I know everyone who has called customer service somewhere has experienced the attitude that treats you like a dumb little kid who is just trying to take advantage of the company. Not here. They have really been helpful. An issue that we are still trying to resolve is an auto flush solenoid valve that is 'thumping', clicking off and on. When I asked about it, he immediately sent a new one to replace the defective part.5) I never saw anyone comment on the Alkaline filter so I wanted to mention it here. When you first install it, it will make your water taste 'salty' due to high concentrations of minerals. Let the water run for 30 seconds if it has been sitting all night before you make your first pot of coffee. It is the last thing in the system before the faucet, so there are no minerals in the storage tank. In a couple of weeks the fine mineral particles are gone and it is a non issue. Our source water is 49 TDS (total dissolved solids). When we first installed the system, after sitting all night, from the filter we were getting 123 TDS. Flushing the water took care of that. Now, 4 months of use, the filtered water reads 4 TDS, no flushing necessary, and no chlorine taste.
