OliveNation Pure Cherry Extract 4 ounces

I make salsa and made some Blach Cherry salsa. The flavor of the cherries wasn't strong enough so I purchased this product. I work great it made the salsa taste so much better. I would recommend it.

Made some cherry Macarons for my birthday, and this worked perfectly to flavor them!! It had a great taste, smell and everyone loved the finished product!!

The scent and flavor works well in soda water or a fruit drink, but seems to get buried when in thick beverages or baking. It seems strange, but the amount needed varies a lot depending on the use. If you want the flavor to stand out more you might mix in some red candied cherry flavoring.

Great, natural flavor. An eye dropper full of cherry, a squirt of stevia, and a squeeze of lime in ice water makes the best tasting low-cal drink. Thanks OliveNation!

I like that it tastes exactly what I wanted.

The flavor is concentrated which is wonderful... The problem is, that it doesn't taste like cherry - it tastes like almonds. I don't think I was accidentally sent the wrong bottle because it's artificially dyed to look like Cherry extract, and it smells like Cherry extract, but it tastes like almond extract.

This bottle is a good buy for the price and is larger than most bottles of cherry extract that can be found in local grocery stores. It has a strong cherry flavor and would definitely purchase again.

Couldn't find this Cherry Extract aniware ... Finally did it and product is really good, homemade Sherry ...love it.Reasonable price for a good quality cherry extract.

Tastes great.

Works for gummies. make sure most of alcohol has been cooked off before adding extract. Will become solid and not mix in if alcohol is not mostly cooked off. I had same problem with bakery emulsions. I like the extracts better than emulsions.

This is tasty cherry concentrate. I use in my soda stream and have no problems with the flavour. However it isn't very strong so you need to use more of it compared to other extracts. Overall it is still good though.
