Finally something that tastes like real garlic. I am 70 years old and remember when the fresh garlic cloves had a bite. Today’s grocery store garlic has little taste. The only thing I found that has taste was garlic paste which is expensive, until I found this. Personally I use a lot of garlic I have no problem with the size. Additionally I keep it in the freezer anyway to avoid the clumps. I can’t express my happiness with finding a quality garlic powder.

Buy in bulk. It's easy to pour into smaller bottles. The garlic power tastes fresh because the packaging is well made.

It is high quality garlic powder. Doesn't fit my normal needs, will get granulated nest time.

great garlic flavor. not salty or roasted-tasting. no sandy texture, very soft and blends immediately. the great garlic flavor I was looking for in just about everything, especially bread and pasta and sauces. this is it! won't waste anymore money trying brands that can't deliver. the McCormick Culinary line has won my business. worth every penny. will buy again, would offer to a friend who loves to cook. I bought another product from the Culinary line, tarragon. again, had the great flavor I knew was out there somewhere, but I wasted money on other brands in the search. this was green, fragrant, flavorful and alive! not a dusty dry herb trashed with sticks and twigs. It can be so discouraging to try new dishes when the seasonings let you down. this is it!

Nice flavor, the texture is very very fine (like confectioners sugar) which makes it challenging to work with. It is difficult to get it sprinkled evenly and it wafts into the air. Will finish using it since it tastes good but going back to granulated.

This is garlic powder. I know the term "powder" is used to mean anything not in whole food form, but know that this is fine powder. If you like it chunkier, go with granulated. Sometimes that is called, granulated garlic powder (to add to confusion). But yeh, this is a fine powder. Really nice for all garlic needs, but especially so for dusting at the end of meal preparation (or for some applications like popcorn, etc), or for use on table. I love the garlicky taste, and I use garlic in everything.. so I go through a lot. This McCormicks is at a good price point for good quality.

Fine powder as I like. It is not granules like other brands can be.
