With these scoby, I brewed my kombucha for 7 to 10 days and it's done! I gave away two of the scoby I had bought because I couldn't drink all the kombucha fast enough. My mom makes coffee kombucha instead of tea, and she's had the same success. After a few months, the fermentation speed mellowed and I was able to ferment for a couple weeks, but three weeks still overdoes it. I split one of the daughters in half and am making two batches at a time now. These should be double their price, at least. They are phenomenal! I'll never get my scoby anywhere else! Live Culture Worked Great!
I stopped making Kombucha for about 3 years but I made it for the 12 years before that. This culture is live and just as described. I made it in 10 days it was ready and made another nice size mushroom! I would buy this again when if I need it again!

Very satisfied.
I now have a fully SCOBY hotel that all started from this one. I've given some away and fed some to chickens. Got the job done and got me rolling on my Kombucha adventure. The newest flavor I'm obsessed with is cinnamon and ginger kombucha.

Amazin!
I got this scoby and brewed up black tea via the instructions. My first batch came out GREAT. My 2nd batch is almost ready and I have a scoby baby! This seller has the best!
