Didn't last long
I used these on a 1970s dip chip logic board. They worked at first, but then failed after a day. I went through 5 of them. Possibly this was due to an incompatibility with the existing TTL chips, but I'm not sure. In any case, they didn't work for my application.

good cheap, disposable for intro digitals lab. professor did you say +5 or -15 volts? smoke came out of mine!

Didn’t Work
I’ve tested 10 of these things so far on 2 different power supplies. None of them have worked, and one of them has gone up in smoke (not literally, but it got too hot to hold). Maybe it’s user error, but I’m pretty sure I know how to wire up a NAND gate.
