Great for fried desserts, corndogs, not so much.
Pros - Snappy corn dog mix fluffed up great, good crisp outside, and was idiot proof. Great for deep fried desserts on a stick, like, cheesecake and Snickers. Since the cheesecake and Snickers are already sweet, it worked perfectly with the unsweetened batter.Cons - the mix was too savory for me. Tasted like there was no sugar in it at all. Not even a little. But I'm used to a sweeter batter with my corn dogs.I haven't tried to add sugar to the mix yet. That'll be the next step.
