3-23-19UPDATE : The people. That produce this tablet reached out to me after learning how dissatisfied I was with the tablet. I voiced my concerns about the quality of the glass and my bad experiences listed below. They offered to ship me a replacement tablet, free of charge, to test and review.PROS: The image quality on the screen is great. I've watched a few shows online and for the value the screen is excellent. For the price point, the speed of the tablet is perfectly on par. It's not a $500 iPad for sure, but it's absolutely perfect for the cost. The only time I've really had to wait for something to load is a 100+ page PDF document. The sound, again, isn't the absolute best but great for what it is. 2GB of ram and 32gb of internal storage is more than I could ever need, plus you can expand it if you want.CONS: There is still an imperfection with the screen (see first review below). I've attached a photo showing a small, black nondescript piece of debris either sandwiched between the glass and screen or under one of the screen protectors I don't dare peel off. I can't for the life of me figure out how to stop it from vibrating when I touch an icon on the screen. I swear over been through every menu and have used the Android os for years. Either it can't be done easily, or I'm getting old and can't find it.FINAL DECISION: I would buy this tablet again, and had planned on it until the company reached out and offered this opportunity. For what it costs, I don't think you could get a better product. For a hundred dollar tablet, this is easily the best bang for your buck. It's an amazing value through and through. Barring any major issues in the future, I rate this tablet five stars dispite two separate issues with the screen.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I recieved the tablet in good condition, new and without obvious defect. After booting it up and installing a few apps I noticed dust under the preinstalled screen protector. I removed the silicone case and peeled off the screen protector with the attached tab. There was STILL dust UNDER another pre-installed screen protector. I removed that and by the time I was done setting up my Google services there were dozens of scratches on the screen. Nowhere in the included instructions or on the listing itself did it say to leave one or both of the protectors on. I am extremely dissatisfied with this tablet before I even had a chance to watch a movie or check an email.I am returning the tablet and giving them one more chance to send one without dust. This time I will keep the second one, assuming it is dust free. I'll be updating the review and raising the starts after receiving the second tablet.

I purchased this tablet to be able to run the latest apps that I cannot run on my previous tablets. I really wanted to make this Beneve 10.1 Inch Tablet my main system,but it doesn't seem like it will be.. :(. My first impressions when I opened it was like ok this looks nice. . Then when I started it up the first thing I noticed was fuzz under the glass. Yes, I said that right. There is literally fuzz under the glass on the display that can NOT be wiped off as it is between the layers of the glass as it seems. :( It isn't visible when the unit is off or has dark background, but soon as you get to a full screen of bright white or any vivid colours then you can see it and it can get annoying because it is distracting.Other issues I have noticed is that the charge doesn't seem to last very long, only about an hour and then the battery warning comes up, It does get full charge on the battery 100% but even charging the back panel gets warm which I have never had with any of my other different brand tablets. And as I say the charge on this Beneve doesn't last very long,. Also It would be advisable to get a NEW case/cover for it as the case it comes with does NOT give it the support it needs as the tablet is very thin to begin with and the plastic housing has some flexing to it which is kind of scary that fact that it could come part or something inside could break due to the quality of it.But I wouldn't recommend this tablet or any of tablets of that particular brand name. I talked to someone else who had a Beneve tablet that he got while back, NOT the same model but IT IS from the SAME company and he says he has nothing but problems with his since day one! Pretty much the same battery issues, he also said he has flickering in one corner of his display (which I am thankful that wasn't an issue SO FAR with this one) and the Micro SD slot not ejecting the card etc. Although I can not comment on that SD card issue as I have not used one in this particular unit.If your going to spend 100$ on a tablet I would recommend. passing on this one, as I am definitely sure there is better quality tablets for few dollars more! :(UPDATE- The seller was very responsive to the issues I was having with the 10 inch tablet and had resolved it! I was very impressed how fast I received tablet and that came with a rubber cover also came with 2 charging cords and a pen/stylus and of course a manual seems to hold charge for few hours and fast at loading pages I would recommend trying this if your looking for a affordable/reliable tablet.
