[UPDATE]: The bags are excellent at keeping the veggies fresh for a good amount of time. I have ordered more to store leafy vegetables such as coriander, spinach etc.In an attempt to go sustainable, I ditched the plastic net/plastic bags and I bought these reusable vegetable storage bags recently.* I purchased a set of 6, that has 2 large and 4 medium bags. The medium-sized bags can easily store tomatoes, apple-gourds, lady-fingers etc. The large-sized bags are meant for vegetables like bottle-gourd, radish, drumsticks etc.* The bags are extremely soft to touch, are 100% cotton made with sturdy stitching, and are not flimsy as the plastic net bags that comes with a zip. These bags can be closed by a cotton drawstring. Please note that there is no bead in the drawstring as shown in the picture, but the quality of bags are the same as shown in picture.* The bags are semi-transparent, so its easy to locate the vegetables.* The bags are easily keeping delicate vegetable such as tomatoes fresh and wrinkle-free for 7-9 days in fridge. We have set the fridge on a medium setting, but in case if you are keeping your fridge on a high-setting (more cold) then vegetables wont last you long no matter what.I am so happy to switch over to eco-friendly storage bags backed with a noble cause. They also set a cute paper card that you can soak in water and then plant.

I had bought couple of small bags and couple of slightly bigger ones. The bags are very soft and light and easily accommodate the fruits and vegetables in them. When not using, I fold them and keep them in a drawer, they hardly take any space. The material looks durable to me, even though I have only used it for about a month now.

This is a real cool product, specially if you are looking for alternatives to storing vegetables in plastic covers. I just carry these bags to vegetable market and once back just place them back in fridge.. no need to sort the veggies as they are already sorted in individual bags :) The size of the bags can carry between 1-1.5 kgs of vegetable. The vegetables are also staying fresh for longer time. Haven't used machine wash as yet, hand washing is fine. Overall a great and eco friendly product!

The product is great. Quality is good. This review is more for the packaging.When we buy a product like this we are doing it because we are concerned about the environment and want to avoid plastic. However the whole thing looses it's purpose if the product comes packed in at least three layers of plastic wrapper.

Very subtle off white colour is pleasant for the eyes. The fridge looks beautifully organized in environment friendly bags sans plastic. The draw string rather than a zipper adds to the looks as well as durability. If you like things to be organized and care for the environment, these veggie bags are a good buy. Go for them 👍👌

Liked the product. Definately a great alternative for plastic bags and containers for storage of veggies and fruits in fridge. The material is good cotton and mesh allows the veggies to breathe. Worth buying. (A tip for users - gently hand-wash after each use and sun-dry to avoid stains and to keep it clean always.)

Bags are made of cotton, like cotton mosquito nets. Quality is Okay, there is a string to close the bag, keep vegetable and fruits fresh for few days.As bags are off white in color, need to be washed to keep them look decent.

Great product. very good quality and washes well.the only problem is you cant see the veg inside - so have to open to get a general idea.if different colour bead added in the tie-up - it would help.great for hardly vegetables. coriander, curry leaves ... herbs, do better in boxes.
