My mom is currently on oxygen 24/7. She isn't quite capable of managing all the maintenance & accessories by herself, so I take care of it all. I had two serious & pressing issues in need of a quick solution. I'm highly allergic to the dye in the mainline oxygen tubing that our local supplier provides. So, I couldn't touch it without covering my hands or the tubing. The alternative, clear tubing our supplier provides is unbelievably fragile & subpar to say the least. I attempted to create a homemade cover using old damaged tubing, shrink wrap, & tape while I searched for a better solution. As you can imagine, my makeshift cover wasn't ideal & certainly not sustainable. I stumbled across several types of PET covers & tried quite a few. I liked the expendable covers at first. I thought they'd be the better option, assuming they were lighter weight than the others. However, I soon realized that it was entirely too difficult & time consuming to snake 50+ feet of tubing through the cover on a weekly basis. Not to mention, they aren't very flexible & that's kind of a necessity when dealing with O² tubing. I tried these & immediately decided they were the best invention ever! I have nerve damage in one hand which makes it tough to deal with things that require more than minimal dexterity. The split sleeve made applying this cover SO easy. The material these are made from are a visibly higher quality than the others I've used while still managing to be lightweight & flexible. *BOTTOM LINE* The ¼" 25ft split sleeve cover is a PERFECT fit for any standard 6mm oxygen supply tubing. It's tough enough to keep my very sharp toothed cat from damaging the tubes. It's even tough enough to withstand my overly anxious, rambunctious, & frankly... straight up hazardous mom. She can pull, rip, & yank on these all day long without damaging the tubes. Believe me, she's certainly tried her best to destroy it a few times. It's fairly easy to apply even if you have difficulty with dexterity. It protects against damage & helps protect me from my allergies to the oxygen tubing. It's solved all the problems! The photos should help show how well & easily these covers fit over the standard size (6mm) oxygen supply tubing. Even though it's not in the photos, this includes the standard GREEN tubing.

Perfect for the job. Purchased two of these to cover an entire custom engine wiring harness, and it did the job seamlessly. Pulls itself closed around all wiring, anywhere from 2 to even 15 strands of 16ga wire. Looks clean and professional, and price is way better than your friendly neighborhood auto parts store.

I’m giving this product four out of five stars because it works well for managing and protecting cables, especially since I have multiple lengths and sizes from this brand and they have all been reliable. I used it specifically with my ip cameras and it handled the runs and bundle just fine, keeping everything neat and shielded from wear. The material feels thick and durable so it doesn’t crush or tear when you tuck several cables inside. The split design makes it easy to add or remove wires without unplugging everything, which saved time and frustration compared with other sleeving that clamps shut too tightly. The texture and density give me confidence that the cabling stays protected over time rather than flopping around loosely. One thing that kept me from giving a full five stars is the price. I think it could be a bit more affordable for what it is, since similar sleeves can be had cheaper elsewhere. That said the performance has been solid and I don’t see any issues with how it accommodates different wire bundles. In everyday use I haven’t had issues with slipping or fraying, and I like being able to cut it to length for custom runs. If you value quality and ease of use and don’t mind paying a bit more, this cable sleeve does the job well.

This split sleeving is exactly what I needed for my home office. It’s much easier to work with than traditional plastic tubing because you can just tuck the wires in without disconnecting everything. It holds several thin cables easily and makes the "spiderweb" under my desk disappear. It’s a simple, high-quality way to organize and protect your gear.

I had a mess of wires running to the house from two different solar arrays, and because of all the gravel the builders left in the ground around the house, burying the cables was just not an option for this DIYer. But we’ve got field mice and chickens and other critters that might like to chew on my cables so I got several of these cord protectors. They get the functional job done, but I had not considered what a difference it would make having the cords tidy. The black color makes them disappear, and even if the chickens scratch up the mulch I put down around them, they can’t tear them up. I did have to cut some pieces, and they will fray badly if you don’t heat-seal them, so be prepared for that. But they are a dream to install, and they were definitely worth the extra cost compared to some of the cheaper alternatives. Don’t even question it. This is what you want, and you will not be sorry you invested in them.

These things have been a Gods send. I became a cat dad of a rescued cord munch at the end of December '25. Since (a bit over a month) she would have destroyed 100's of dollars of electronics taking out non replaceable cords. I have managed to repair most of the cords with some basic soldering skills followed by this cord wrap. I have used both this 1/4" as well as 1/2" and both have been amazing. My cat is no longer interested in the cords at all and doesn't even try and bite them. I believe it is a combination of texture/material and added thickness. It is easy to use, just fit the cord in the wrap from one end to the other and cut it at the end. It's a good idea to burn the ends with a lighter to prevent frays or cuts from traveling down the wrap as well as zip tieing the ends to prevent the wrap from moving or opening up. Can't be happier with this, installation can be time consuming however. The amount of electronics that have been saved as a result of these has made the cost in time and money well worth it for me. Attaching photo of all the wires that have been saved on my desk, I will soon be on my 4th box of the cord protectors including the 1/2" as well.

I really like this wire loom. Compared to the more traditional PVC stuff, which is much more stiff and a little harder to work with, this loom is softer and more flexible and works well in certain situations where less rigidity is okay. I use this more for in-home jobs, like managing computer cables, TV cables, etc. where I really don't need the more common stiffer loom (like in vehicle applications). This loom holds up very well and seems to be pretty durable. It is the perfect solution to tame a cabling rat's nest and once installed, it looks great. It has really helped out in creating a clean look around desks and entertainment centers in the home. I've also used it on portable rolling TV carts to keep cable managed and safe from tripping. It helps hide cable messes and overall this is just a great value for the money. I've now purchased and used several different sizes, and have absolutely no complaints at all. The various sizes offered from Alex Tech have all been spot-on and when I measure out what I need, I know the size I order will be correct. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid cable management solution.
