I love this stuff, I make sure that I always have some on hand. At any signs of not feeling well, or being exposed to someone that was sick I start taking it. As a hairstylist that deals with the public it keeps me healthy. Don't take it long term. It won't work in the future if you do.

I keep this in my medicine cabinet and start on it if feel a cold or something similar coming on. I feel that usually it helps if I start it early

I like this one, but prefer Source Naturals Wellness formula over this one during the cold season because it contains more elderberry extract as well as other essential herbs to protect against cold and flu viruses.

This product contains a multitude of great ingredients to keep a cold away or to just stay resistant . Meets my needs.
