Love that this cheese is in glass jars. Very good, fresh tasting.

I am writing this review because I like this cheese and I often have to resort to buying it online. I have, more than once, received this with the lid loose or nearly loose. When the seal has been broken, which is easy to do with the lid on this product, the product is just gross. Hard, tasteless, stale. Great for mousetraps, but nothing else. Just wasted money and disappointment for future meals.Now, back to this cheese purchase and this cheese seller. Excellent.Shipped quickly, well packed, and all that but the extra outer wrap, that connects all three jars, made the product arrive as it should. Lids firmly on, cheese fresh, customer happy.So, if you like this cheese and have a hard time finding it, three jars are helpful. This seller ships a great product at a fair price.

This cheese is the most flavorful shredded Parmesan I’ve found. I absolutely love that it’s not coated in cellulose! I usually buy blocks of cheese and shred it myself to avoid the cellulose and preservatives. It has a great nutty flavor. It’s a bit pricey, but very worth it!

I ordered three of the three packs. One came through very well wrapped but two of the three jars were broken at the bottom and on of them was moldy. I had this experience when ordering wickles pickles and when I asked for a refund I was told that I needed to return the broken jars. I don't know about you but I am not going to package broken glass or have other people have to package it for me.

I was impressed with the quality of the cheese. It's also convenient to have it already shredded. Of course, it's not as good as shredding it yourself, but it's a time saver and better than the powdered stuff.

Without all of the fluff, boy what a delicious cheese this is. I love it. Much better than Kraft or any of those kinds of cheese. You really have to try this one.

I thought this was the same product that I had used previously. I thought it was grated cheese. Turned out it is shredded cheese, which is quite different. It does not mean I will not like it, but I have not had a chance to use yet. I just think that should be noted in the description, so people are not misled. The best part about this product and why I ordered it in the first place is that it contains no cellulose filler. I detest that filler and do not want it in my food.

We love to have Parm in the house! And this KEEPS SO WELL! We keep it in the fridge - and it is ALWAYS fresh and lasts - so we never have to make a run to the store! LOVE IT!
