[WOODEN FRAMED] ALB 16" x 20" Paint by Numbers Diy Painting Famous Painting Collection 1 (Flower Basket 1)

Altho there was very little direction included with this, it was pretty straightforward - paint according to the corresponding numbers. Two things to know: (1) take a little blob of paint from the container and mix it with a few drops of water. The paint is very thick and this helps it to spread easier, and (2) buy a few good quality brushes. The brushes they include are really cheap and hard to paint with.My painting looks so pretty hanging in my dining room and I've received many compliments on it. You would never know it is paint by numbers.

This set was horrible. I've done quite a few paint by numbers and this is the worst I have ever seen. The canvas is not smooth but instead rough and bumpy, making it all but impossible to be precise. I ran out of paint on some numbers (which has never happened to me before) and one tin was dried out when I opened it. Some of the areas are so small that there is no way you can paint inside them with this quality paint and brushes. I had to do 2-3 coats of most colors just to get sufficient coverage. I would never order this brand again. You can get the same image from other manufacturers. Do your research.

This painting is not for beginners!!! It's very detailed & some of the numbers are not clearly marked. If I had not done several easier paintings before I did this one I would have hated it. That being said, it will look beautiful when it is done, but it's taking a long time to finish. The framed canvas is much easier to work with than one that is not framed.

Real colors and the painting afterwords appeared to be darker. All whites on the picture are light or dark brown. Even roses are brownish.
