My doctor recommended this magnesium supplement on the basis that it does not cause loose stools as some other products can tend to do. I have nothing to compare it to, but have had zero problems. This is a great price too!

I don't think this is what they advertise it to be. Mag supplements are supposed to relax your muscles & give you a good feeling, body & mind. I felt nothing from this & I took the entire bottle. after taking other Mag supplements, I know this isn't at all what they are saying on the bottle. Be careful consumers- it seems that there are alot of dishonest ppl selling on Amz. these days!
