Vinyl LP pressing. Regarded as one of the greatest musical trios of all time and widely acknowledged as the greatest girl-group in history, TLC garnered both commercial success and artistic renown while navigating the complexities of the recording industry in the 1990s and early 2000s. Formed in Atlanta, GA TLC originally consisted of Tionne "T-Boz Watkins," Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas. The trio greatly influenced the landscape of popular music during the final act of the 20th century, captivating audiences with it's signature blend of pop, R&B, hip-hop, soul, funk, and new jack swing. Having largely stepped back from the public eye since the tragic passing of Left Eye, TLC is now ready to return to the spotlight with their new self-titled album. Their first new material in 15 years, TLC has been - as the opening lyric of lead single "Way Back" (featuring Snoop Dogg) suggests - "a long, long time coming." This is the sound of a band not only reflecting on their sometimes-turbulent roots but also facing forwards, towards a bright future. "Way Back" was greeted with unanimous praise and was followed by "Haters," another classic but contemporary cut from a band who appear invigorated to be back doing what they do best.

Final TLC album Is A Fitting way To Say Goodbye To The Biggest Selling Girl Group Of All Time....AAAAA+++++
I have loved TLC since I first heard them on my friends boom box in 1992. I loved the girls because they each were so unique as individuals. I was really happy to hear of this final album (I won't say final because TLC is forever). I was even more happy to see that there was going to be a vinyl LP version being released. There are 10 new songs, 1 interlude (which is the only track that late group member, Lisa Left Eye Lopes, is heard) and an extended version of the LP's first single "Way Back", featuring the legend, Snoop Dogg. The album is refreshing, a good vibe feeling and the classic TLC sound. The album is short compared to the groups previous 4 albums, but doesn't feel like it's been pasted together, which is the feeling I got when I first listened to their 2002 LP "3D" (which group member Lisa Left Eye Lopes was killed in a car accident when the LP half finished). If this is the final TLC album, it's a great way to say goodbye. Tracks included are "No Introduction", "Way Back" (single version, Featuring Snoop Dogg), "It's Sunny", "Haters", "Perfect Girls", "Interlude" (featuring Lisa Left Eye Lopes), "Start A Fire", "American Gold", "Scandalous", "Aye Muthaf****", "Joy Ride" and an extended version of "Way Back" (with Snoop). Highly recommended. We will miss you, T-Boz & Chilli....

やっぱりTLCだね
久しぶりにT-boz良かった。PVも良かった。全盛期から考えるとLEFT-eyeもいなくて寂しいですが、そんな私もTLCと同年代でちょうど良いですね。

"Way Back" and "Sunny" are the standouts but this playlist is listenable and fun all the way through
Don't count them out just because they've been deemed unworthy of air-play. T-Boz and Chili have whipped-up and independently produced/released album that's incredibly satisfying for fans of TLC from their heyday. This one is a hidden jem. "Way Back" and "Sunny" are the standouts but this playlist is listenable and fun all the way through. I've been a fan since the first time I heard "Baby Baby Baby" and "Ain't Too Proud to Beg" back in the day. I know my TLC. This album delivers in a way that "3D" (their fourth album) didn't.
