Bought for my husband who has arthritic knees and is a postie so walks for miles; he finds these very good. The support is not too heavy and sticks well due to the little rubber reflexology points on the inside. Too soon to say if it 'does what it says on the tin' as far as the therapeutic and pain relieving effect but definitely recommended as far as knee supports go.

The reflexology knee sleeves are fantastic, they are do comfortable and can be worn all day if needed. I had a few conversations with Logan from customer service for the best type for myself and he suggested these. I found the sleeves gave good support, however, I did find that wearing them while playing golf the sleeves tended to slip down my knee. That said they did help support my knees.
