Really happy with this purchase! Very well made, super sharp, nice and light and a nice handle to grip. I’ve been using it to prep game, mainly pheasants and pigeons and it’s the perfect size and length to get in to carve out breast meat.

Nice design easy to hold

I haven't actually used this yet for what it's intended so can't comment but it does seem great value. It's a nice comfortable feel, it's not at all heavy and it's sharp. The one thing I would highlight is the ridiculously useless blade tip cover. It's far too small in my opinion and I nearly stabbed myself just trying to put it back on!! Perhaps it was intended for shipping purposes only but then that begs the questions why didn't they provide a protective sheath of sorts for such a sharp knife - even a modest one? Alternatively the manufacturer could have provided packing designed to house the knife whilst not in use - as some other manufacturers do. This is definitely a knife to be kept in a block and NOT rattling about in a drawer. A great tool but one to respect!!

A good quality, sharp knife for a good price

This knife is fantastic really good quality very very sharp and the handle is a great design, only thing I thought it would be more a flexable blade but overall very happy with this product
