While the device works pretty well, is relatively strong, and the cordless feature is great, I find the pads don't last long at all. After just a single use, the pad began falling off from the weight of the device. Despite me cleaning my skin with rubbing alcohol prior to use. Naturally, some small amount of sweat occurs, which I think effects the ability to remain adhered.With the cost of these replacement pads, I don't see this being used often. The cordless feature and app is great, but I find myself using my corded tens unit more than this because the pads are cheaper, they can be placed in more locations, and it's a bit stronger.Another small gripe, is with the app. It should allow restarting without having to go through the entire process each time. Why not simply offer a quick restart button and continue where it left off? And I wish there were more massage style options. Like with most tens units, there is only one setting that I really like. The rest incorporate annoying and uncomfortable sensations like fast repeating jolts. I can't imagine how anyone would find that useful.

There are a few words to describe this MedZone tens unit “ absolutely wonderful “ This is a very powerful tens unit at a decent price, parring it to the iPhone was extremely easy and immediate, the Dr. Stim app is very intuitive to use, The pads are easy to apply to the skin and stick very well, if you are looking for a powerful tens unit I highly recommend this MedZone Tens unit, I doubt very much that the more expensive high-end tens units would do a better job than this MedZone tens, The only thing I wish the company would offer to sell the replacement pads on Amazon instead of having to go to the company website to buy them, it would make it very handy for the consumer, a pack of 4 replacement pads for $15 is very reasonable. If you are looking for a top-quality powerful Bluetooth tens unit. At a very decent price, then the MedZone tens unit is the one I would highly recommend, for the quality and the price you can’t go wrong with the purchase.

This tens unit is easier and more convenient than most. It helps a lot. I like the various modes of treatment. Nice to not have a remote another thing to carry. Adhesive could be better. It would be nice if once you set it up you could go to the treatment type pick one of the 6 modes and hit go. I am not sure what program 2 is as it doesn't seem to do anything. Wish I could turn it on from the phone as well.

Great TENS unit for home use. TENS is a type of low voltage current used for pain relief.One of the biggest issues I have encountered when using TENS (in the clinic or at home) are the wires- and this unit eliminates that problem!It's very low profile and light. The package comes with the unit, 2 pads, and a USB charging cable. From there you just download the app which allows you to control everything wirelessly.I picked up this product for my dad but did a little testing my own. This is something you could definitely wear out and not feel self-conscious. It's small, light, portable, and controlled by your phone- which are all HUGE improvements over a traditional TENS unit. Great job MedZone!

This works pretty darn well. It’s relatively simple to use. Battery life is good. Pain relief is good. I’d give it five stars but the app and Bluetooth go a little wonky every now and then and it stops working. Once I had to reset it numerous times.On the plus side I’ve worn this thing all day at the office under my sweater and nobody notices.

Received the unit 2 weeks ago and it was working fine. All of a sudden it stopped working. I called MedZone directly and they are shipping me out a new unit. I have terrible back issues and this Tens unit has provided me with relief. I love the fact that this is bluetooth rechargeable technology with no need to deal with wires.

Had pain in both wrists and none of my other tens units would fit around them. This one works great and is controlled from your phone which is better then dealing with a little remote. I'm not sure if the adhesive on the pads will last very long as they seem a bit dry after only about 8 applications but I'll reserve my criticism on that tilThey no longer adhere. Just determined they definitely do not adhere as many applications as they should. Also instead of just selling the sticky piece they require you to throw the entire pad away when adhesive fades which is very wasteful. Other units I use just sell require replacing the sticky backing. Greener alternative.

Works fine. I wish it ran constantly not just for 60 minutes. Also, if you wear it while exercising and do anything on your back (and you’re wearing it on your back) the off button gets pushed. I wish it had a lock button. Other than that it’s great! Wearing it right now!!!
