The BEST breading mix PERIOD
I am obsessed with THIS product- my boyfriend’s bestie made pork chops years ago with this and I’d never even heard of it. Autry is now staple in my kitchen & use Chicken & Pork. I make my own homemade chicken tenders & nuggets with it and there are NEVER LEFTOVERS!!!!

Great on the Grill
Surprisingly, throughout the grilling, the coating stays on the pork chops, retaing their juiciness. A great method for the "pleasure of pork"!

It ain’t no shake and bake
It’s a powdery flour mixture for frying foods. I mistook it for being a crispy crumby coating mix for pork chops-like shake n bake

Not the same product
Absolutely gross! I’ve been using this product for years to bake pork chops in the oven. I could no longer buy at Publix so I ordered on line. Not the same product. I will also contact the manufacturer. This a a flour base. The other was like a corn meal with a wonderful spice.
