Magisterium Hardcover – October 1, 2012

I really enjoyed this book. I read it in 2 days I could not put it down. It was slow to start but once you start getting into it I could picture the making of a movie.

Jeff Hirsch knows how to write a book with some crazy things inside. I have read all of his and each one keeps getting better.

I liked this book but am wondering if there is going to be another one as this one leaves you hanging. Rather a different storyline, a little along the lines of Hunger Games

I bought this for a 6th grade student in my class who read the Eleventh Plague by Jeff Hirsch and was hoping for a sequel to it. She took it home over Christmas break and finished it immediately. She loved it...and as a teacher I love any author/book that keeps kids reading!

I love the way Jeff Hirsch sucks you into the book with so much detail and thought, into a book, that you don't see everyday.

Having read some other books from Jeff Hirsch, I thought I'd give this one a shot for my son. He's about half way through it and loves it. Good read for a 14 year old.

Magisterium is just as good as Jeff's first book, The Eleventh Plague. The story line will not let you put it down. I cannot wait until Jeff finishes his next book!
